Kelsey started Pro-Fit with the vision and purpose of changing lives through health and wellness. Frustrated with the lack of real science-based approaches to achieving wellness, she put together a team of wellness professionals in order to offer the most comprehensive Wellness company on the market.
Results are driven by knowledge AND experience. Anyone can claim to be a health coach, but years of education and practical experience are what bring long-term results.
Kelsey has been practicing Nutrition since 2011. She pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Exercise Science as well as a Master’s in Functional Medicine and Clinical Nutrition. She is additionally certified as a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, FDN Advanced Thyroid Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer and completed Dr. Dicken Weatherby’s Blood Chemistry Analysis course as well as the Kalish Institute for Functional Medicine.
Kelsey had a dream of opening her own company based on science and Functional Medicine and helping as many people as possible, regardless of geographic location—thus Pro-Fit was born.

Kelsey has been practicing Nutrition since 2011. She initially started her own business as a small online practice after the birth of her daughter. Then in 2015, she accepted a job at Lifetime Fitness as a Nutrition Program Coordinator and Personal Trainer.
Lifetime encouraged a more “Functional Medicine” approach and Kelsey was able to gain extensive experience with a variety of clients.
Kelsey gained further experience in Functional Medicine working at a local Anti-Aging, Hormone Replacement, and Vitamin IV clinic where she helped patients optimize their nutrition and supplement protocols for overall wellness and the efficacy of their bio-identical hormones.
Kelsey has helped clients with a wide range of complex nutritional needs such as enhancing athletic and mental performance, metabolic dysfunction in competitors, thyroid disorders, and practical ways to make your health a lifelong priority.
From high-performance CEO’s to TV personalities, professional athletes, busy moms, young athletes, and families, Kelsey has helped a wide range of clients achieve their short and long-term wellness goals.
Kelsey’s nutrition philosophy looks at the individual as a whole, not individual symptoms or dysfunction. Kelsey will take time and effort to not only guide you through your new nutrition protocol but also supplement and lifestyle suggestions, mindset coaching, and other natural therapies.
Each new client is guided through an onboarding process developed by The Institute of Functional Medicine that includes an extensive health history, nutrition assessment, disease screening, in-body scan, and mindset assessment. On our initial call, we will decide if lab testing is appropriate then move forward with creating your complete wellness program.
