Hannah has been training for 5 years and is confident to work with any level of fitness! Some of her favorite things to help people with is increasing muscle mass and boxing!

Hannah has experience in training people in boxing, strength training and weight loss. She enjoys teaching HIIT classes and helping people reach any fitness goal they have.
